The manufacturer didn't include the special batteries for the remotes so we couldn't test the fans, but he said to call if there was a problem once I tested them. They did wobble too much, so a 2nd electrician came to fix them the same day I called, at no charge. There was a more complicated problem related to the infrastructure of my home with one of the fans, so it took a 3rd appt., and after that they were both working beautifully. Both electricians were punctual, pleasant, worked quickly, and cleaned up. Very pleased! I was very happy with the work of leader electric yesterday, thank you! I was very impressed with the quality of work. By the way, you guys did a great job helping us to install our chandelier (we had to chip out a channel in our concrete ceiling).
